Client Testimonials
Kind Words from Bridgid . . .
"Daphne did an amazing job photographing my two horses and mini pony. She is extremely patient, creative, kind and easy to work with! She was well organized, communicative, and professional. She offered a lot of different options for poses for the horses and was very insightful in picking out the art. Her photos captured their big personalities and the emotion of my loved animals. Can’t recommend her enough!!"

Kind Words from Nan . . .
"Daphne was very pleasant and easy to work with. She had great ideas for setting up and placement for the best outcome for the pictures. She knew horses which made her patient to work with your horse. She offered her opinion as to which outfits would look best and would compliment your look in the picture which was definitely helpful because we all want to look slim and comfortable as well as natural. And yes I will definitely use Daphne’s professional photography skills again when I need to update my photos."

Kind Words from Kristen . . .
"I cannot more highly recommend Daphne’s Equine Portraits. Daphne immediately made me feel at ease throughout the process. Her years of professional experience are immediately recognizable, as she provided guidance on poses for me and my horse through the shoot. She helped me select the best photos and was very receptive to how I wanted the finished product to look. Daphne is patient, polite, and an overall joy to work with. I will always cherish the pictures of me and my horse, and I have Daphne to thank for that."

Meet Your Photographer
If you love the smell of hay, shavings, and leather—you’re in the right place. Horses have always been at the center of my world, too.
As a lifelong equestrian, mother, and dog lover, I know how deeply these animals become a part of us. That’s what makes creating portraits of them so personal. With over 20 years behind the camera, I bring both professional expertise and genuine understanding to every session—because I’ve lived this life, just like you.
Whether it’s a quiet morning in the pasture or the thrill of the show ring, every horse has a story worth preserving. My work has been nationally recognized with top industry awards and featured on magazine covers—but the real reward is creating artwork you’ll treasure forever. This is more than photography. It’s about honoring the life we both live and love.
