When will I receive my artwork?

Great artwork takes time—and your portraits are no exception. Because each image is meticulously edited and crafted to perfection, please allow approximately 8–12 weeks for delivery, depending on the type of artwork you’ve selected.

How will I receive my artwork?

Your finished artwork will be drop-shipped directly to you from our professional printing lab. This ensures the fastest and safest delivery possible, with the utmost care taken in packaging and handling. Each piece is crafted to the highest standards and arrives ready to enjoy—whether it’s framed, mounted, or printed on fine art materials.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We’re happy to offer a no-fee payment plan to make investing in your artwork more flexible. We simply ask that 50% of your total is paid at the time of ordering and the balance be paid off in 90 days or less.

Your artwork will be ordered once the final payment is received, and we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. However, to help us avoid credit card processing fees, we kindly prefer payments by check, cash, or Venmo when possible.

No matter which method you choose, we’ll make the process smooth and simple for you.

How will I receive my digital files?

Your digital images will be delivered via email through a private online gallery, where you can easily view and download your files.

You’ll also receive a custom mobile app, making it easy to access and share your portraits anytime—with friends, family, and of course, your horsey crew!

Can I see all the art options?

Yes! I’ll bring samples with me to our session — from framed prints to albums and wall art — so you can touch, feel, and start imagining how everything will look in your home.
